{My dad with a very chubby baby me} The other day, one of my fellow residents said to me, "Your dad really seems to have a lot of great tricks!," at which point I realized that I reference him quite a bit. I think about what he might do in any given situation, especially when I don't know what to do. He has a very practical approach to medicine, and he doesn't get too excited about things. He genuinely cares about his patients, and he has dedicated his life to caring for his community. I feel very lucky to have such a great role model, and I'm happy to have joined the "family business"! {Last Father's Day}
