9. The beer.
We've been to 9 breweries so far...just 20 to go!
{Fiddlehead & Hill Farmstead are my favorites.}
8. Farmers' Markets galore
7. People are generally laid-back and low-key.
{Lots of jeans, fleece vests, and duck boots}

6. So. Many. Baguettes.
{August First, Red Hen, Klinger's, O Bread, Gerard's...}
5. The food--which deserves a separate bullet point from the baguettes!
Everything on the menu has a name (LaPlatte River angus, Pete's Greens, Does' Leap cheese...) because everything comes from a local farm!
{I love Revolution Kitchen & am so excited for Vermont Restaurant Week}
4. The seasons.
Summer: gorgeous! green! no A/C required!
Fall: apples! leaves! amazingness!
Winter: long...but SKIING! snow! coziness!
3. Forward-thinking health care systems.
2. Outdoor activities.
{Hiking, biking, skiing, snow shoeing, kayaking, sailing...}
1. Overlook Park.
{And all the other awesome natural beauty. I just can't get enough of it!}
